Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you will receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency you select at checkout. Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle at the recurring price shown at checkout until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time with no fees or penalties.

How to Cancel:

The easiest way to cancel is directly through your customer portal — simply log into your account at trilastin.com/account and manage or cancel your subscription in one step. You can also click the subscription management link in any of your order confirmation or billing reminder emails.

Managing Your Subscription:

You can update your frequency, skip an order, swap products, or cancel at any time through your customer portal. Changes made before your next scheduled billing date will apply to your upcoming order.

Billing Reminders:

We will send you a reminder before each renewal so you have the opportunity to make changes or cancel before you are charged.
